Join us for a Sunday morning of connection and clarity! We have both been practicing our chosen healing methods for over 10 years and love creating sacred containers for healing and support.

This offering is a combination of breathwork and crystal singing bowl sound therapy. We also give the option for hands on healing throughout our time together. It is held in Studio 7 at Kou Studios.

Mats and bolsters are available but feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable such as a light blanket, loose clothing, a water bottle, journal, crystals etc. <3
